You might expect the transfer of accounting operations from your own in-house department or current outsourcing provider to be very time-consuming, but in fact, in most cases it will take only 1-2 weeks. This time is sufficient to transfer the accounting base, enable access to the bank-client application and align the procedures, responsibilities and cooperation process.

Upon request and need, direct communication you’re your accounting, financial and IT team is also possible of course. We have separately assigned people responsible for chief accountant functions, accounts receivable/payable, banking, payroll, HR support, management reporting, invoice management, and accounting software support. This way you will receive a comprehensive team of specialists that function as a true outsourced department of your business.

In most cases we use 1C, the most popular ERP-system in Russia. At the same time, we also work with other accounting software: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
