Awara Direct Search is proud to announce its new pricing strategy for recruitment and executive search services. We work with success fees only, and charge no retainers.
In practical terms, this means that our customers pay us a recruitment fee once when they decide to hire a candidate we have introduced. If no candidates are hired, no fees are to be paid.

As a result, it is not important to us whether clients pay us in advance or afterwards, as we are nearly always able to fill any open vacancy.
