Awara Is Collecting Resumes for Our Database of Those Who Lost Their Jobs Due to the Crisis
During the non-working days, we have communicated with people who faced unexpected situations. Firstly, employers who were in a difficult financial state and had to cut part of their staff. Secondly, employees who lost their jobs at the peak of the crisis, among them many talented people.
Our recruiters use the direct search method in matching top people with top positions. One of the features of this approach is that recruiters do not store resumes in a database, as it becomes outdated too quickly. Due to the crisis, we decided to extend our principles to help job searcher and to show social responsibility.
Invite your colleagues and friends who lost their job to send their resumes to headhunters@awaragroup.com. With our new recruitment projects, we will offer candidates from this pool with preference. Of course, the candidate still has to meet all the requirements of the vacancy and we cannot guarantee that clients will choose our preferred candidates. However, we have close connections and relationships based on trust with our clients and we also appeal to them to consider their part of social responsibility.
