The history of Awara traces its origin to the economic reforms in Russia of the 1990s, when Jon Hellevig began his law practice in Russia. In 1998, the company “Hellevig, Klein & Usov” was created, which later became part of Awara. At the time of its founding, the group of companies focused on legal and accounting services, as well as the selection of personnel.

Today, Awara is one of the leading providers of accounting services, audit, recruitment of managers and highly-skilled personnel, legal consulting, IT solutions, market research, corporate training, and seminars.

Since our company’s establishment, we have continuously developed our law practice and improved the quality of services.
