The Department of the International Finance Faculty of the Plekhanov University in Moscow organized together with Awara a master class on 27.9.2018 for first year bachelor students. Organized by Inga Koryagina, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Finance, Eva Hua from company Awara was invited as a guest lecturer.

Corporate Culture and the focus on the importance of it not only for organizations but also for young professionals and how to use it for their career choices, was the main emphasis of the lecture. In an open discussion format students could ask questions and get a real life insight into corporate life. This event marked also the start of a partnership between the International Finance Faculty and Awara for mutual exchange of information and knowledge and cooperation to support young professionals at the university.
