To reduce telephone fraud, from June 1, 2021, companies were required to submit information on corporate mobile numbers using the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation (gosuslugi.ru).

This requirement must be fulfilled within three working days from the moment when company starts using the SIM card under an agreement with the operator.

If the SIM card was used before the beginning of June 2021, then it is necessary to enter information at gosuslugi.ru before November 30, 2021 — otherwise, from December 1, the SIM card will be blocked.

Which SIM Cards Are Covered by the Requirement

1. Mobile numbers used by employees

There are two ways to submit information on such numbers:

• A company or sole proprietor submits data using their personal account on the mobile operator’s website. After that employees confirm the data using their personal accounts at gosuslugi.ru.
• Employees (users of corporate SIM cards) fill out the activation form in their personal accounts at gosuslugi.ru.

2. SIM cards for various technical devices (for example, modems, payment terminals, online cash registers, etc.)

To activate SIM cards in such devices companies must submit data at gosuslugi.ru.
