August 2018 marks a special anniversary for our company. 20 years ago we started to support our clients in Russia, with the foundation of the Awara group of companies. Since that time a lot has changed. We have increased the number of our employees and clients significantly and expanded our activities. Though, our principles have remained unchanged, to help our clients develop successful businesses in Russia, to apply a flexible and tailor-made approach to solving their issues, to seek the best and most appropriate solutions for our clients’ businesses, to provide business owners with practical recommendations and objective explanations demonstrating the real situation. We always strive to minimize internal bureaucratic processes and adhere to high standards of corporate practice, thereby guaranteeing high quality services and helping our clients focus on developing their core business activities.

I am very proud of the people who contribute to the mission of our company every day. These are hard-working, sincere and initiative employees, in whose professional qualities I have no doubt – with this team I am confident in our future.
