Awara represents several companies renting premises in the German Centre Moscow with the request of reducing rent for the period of restrictions related to covid-19. Due to the fact that the tenants received negative responses to individual requests to reduce rental payments, it was decided to address the owner of the business center with a collective letter, in which we express our concerns about the current situation and suggest finding a compromise that will be beneficial for all parties involved.
