On the 9th of December in St Petersburg Awara hosted a morning briefing on the practical aspects of transfer pricing in Russia.
Speakers discussed topical issues, told about the first Russian court practice on transfer pricing and shared their own experience and practical advice.

Anton Kabakov – Partner at Hellevig, Klein & Usov / Awara Group
Anton joined Hellevig, Klein & Usov in 2006. Anton not only advises Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of issues related to tax, corporate and commercial law, but also provides support to clients at all stages of transactions.
Anton specializes in tax law and has gained extensive experience in transfer pricing. Anton is one of the authors of Awara Tax Guide and speaks English fluently.
Julia Talagaeva – Senior Associate at Hellevig, Klein & Usov / Awara Group
After graduating from the Russian Legal Academy at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation with honors, Julia worked as a lawyer for several international companies.
Julia joined Hellevig, Klein & Usov in 2008 where she has been specializing in corporate and tax law. Julia advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, including transfer pricing. Julia has been involved in numerous projects requiring the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. Julia is a co-author of guides published by Awara on changes in Russian legislation. Julia speaks English fluently.

Anna graduated from the law faculty at St Petersburg State University in 2011 and in 2013 defended her thesis for her Master of Law also obtained from St Petersburg State University.
Anna joined Hellevig, Klein & Usov in 2012 where she advises Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of issues related to corporate, contract, antimonopoly, tax and labor law. Anna has been involved in numerous projects requiring the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and advises clients on issues related to the preparation of controlled transactions reports. Anna is a co-author of publications and analytical reviews of the latest changes in Russian legislation. Anna speaks English fluently.
