On August 14, Anton Kabakov, partner at Hellevig, Klein & Usov, and Peter Bannink, business development manager at Awara, took part in a meeting of the members of the Club of HR Directors of St. Petersburg Hotels to discuss current trends in the field of personnel management.

The main subject of the meeting was the latest issues concerning the changes in legislation regarding staffing and secondment in Russia. On this subject Anton Kabakov submitted a report with an analysis of changes in labor law and the direct impact of these changes on a company’s operations.
