On December 11 a practical session of HR directors of hotels took place in St. Petersburg on the theme “Law of Agency Labor – A New Reality. How to Prepare for 2016?”. Anton Kabakov, Partner at Hellevig, Klein & Usov / Awara Group, participated in the event as an invited expert. The round table included a discussion by the participants of the current problems in outstaffing and outsourcing, as well as the experts’ answers to the most pressing issues related to the introduction of the new law banning agency labor in Russia, which enters into force on January 1, 2016.
