As evidenced by a recent World Bank report on Russia, raising labor productivity is today the great challenge in the Russian economy in general and for every company in particular. Cost of labor is increasing faster than the productivity of firms. In this situation companies must increase workforce productivity by streamlining their business processes. Accounting and financial administration processes play a crucial role in this as they are the traditional bastions emerged in the Soviet legacy of bureaucracy, red tape and inefficient processes. The idea of accounting in Russia is that you must move around and store loads of papers and collect signatures duly stamped at every corner. But the Iron Wall of Russian accounting has now begun to crumble. With new legislation, administrative practice and innovative IT solutions, Russia is now ready to move to modern electronic accounting processes.
How much of that is reality today? To what extent can you really digitalize your accounting and financial administration processes in Russia? And how do you do it? At this seminar we will tell you what and how covering all aspects of the question: legal, accounting, tax, practical steps and IT solutions.
