On 9 – 11 October in New Delhi a meeting was held of participants of Executive Resources International (ERI) recruitment association. The conference was organized by Corner Office Advisors, who presented the business potential of India to ERI partners.

Executive Resources International Conference also announced the addition of a strategic and significant Asian market – Singapore –  to its network. “Singapore is very significant addition, as it is the regional hub for many companies. It will help grow business opportunities for its partners in China and India,” comments Fernando Pozas, Socio Director at Dopp Consultores and also the President of ERI. “Network expansion into key markets is important to help us play a more active and useful role in global and cross-border executive searches,” he adds.

“The conference created an immersive experience that conveyed the potential of cross-border business with India with local customer engagement, followed by in-depth discussions on cross-border opportunities with delegates from each country,” commented Punit Vanvaria, Founder-CEO of Corner Office Advisors. “This first-of-a-kind event in India brought global executive search leaders together to identify new search opportunities and strategize on the global talent pool of the future.” The conference shared views on the global executive talent opportunities and risks facing companies and fast-growing countries such as India, as well as in Europe. Also, in the future it aimed to look at identifying new partners in Asia Pacific and North America to broaden presence.
