Sergey Minyailo
Head of Financial Outsourcing Department
Sergey joined the company in 2008. He started his career in Awara as Financial Controller. Currently Sergey acts as Director of Financial Processes Outsourcing Department working with such projects as outsourcing of accounting processes for international clients, consulting on accounting and local tax matters, and preparation of IFRS/GAAP reporting. He is also involved in special audits such as Audit of Internal Controls and Due Diligence.
Sergey holds a diploma in Accounting and Auditing from Tver State University and a diploma in Law from Moscow Financial-Juridical Academy. At present he is acquiring ACCA qualification.
Sergey is fluent in English.
